Ya this happens more than it should. I know I play a lot about 3 hrs a night and we see this at least 2 to 3 times. That is also not including our Bot Defenders doing it every few games on top of the goalie doing it. We also have been having an issue were the LD bot will not go after a puck in his corner when no one is around. We are yelling at the TV "GO GET THE PUCK, WHAT IS HE DOING."
