Arcade mode? Really? What a waste of developer time
Who in senior mgmt thought this would be a good way to spend development dollars? What's the engagement time on that? It would be fine to waste money and time on garbage like this, if the ACTUAL game worked. You guys bored? Give up because it's too hard?
Maybe spend that money and have the developers watch some hockey games, learn the rules, like what an offside is, should be easy since the rule has been the same for decades. How about some kind of consistency for goalie interference? These two things would be great to get resolved, and I'm sure could have been fixed with the development time wasted on Arcade garbage mode.
How about hire a physicist to explain reality and how objects react with gravity and forces applied.
Maybe fix issues that have been a part of the game since 15, instead of these stupid modes, clothes, who wants to be a vampire? I know I'm not alone, this type of crap won't grow the game. An actual hockey game that didn't think every forward is a McDaivd/Gretzky hybrid, and rewarded actual hockey IQ might help to grow it, but what would the people who play the game know?
It's this disrespect for the community's that play the games, that's stopped us from buying your other games, since we knew we tried them five years ago and they look and probably suck just the same. I'm only buying one cut and paste from you a year, I 'll go back and play free older versions of the other games, since they are the same as the new one.
Fix the games, make them work as well as Rocket League or Fortnite before you think you can start wasting dollars on fluff.....
