Are the Xbox nhl 26 playtest codes fixed?
Hey there! I wanted to see if the Xbox playtest codes have been fixed or if there is any update on when they will be able to be redeemed? I tried this morning and still no luck I was gonna try closer...

Community ManagerPlayers that have the same email address for their Xbox account as their EA account should now be able to redeem the code. If your emails don't match, the code will not be able to be redeemed. Updating them to match will not make the code work either. There will be another playtest in late July so you'll have another opportunity to test the new game then.
Fact that this lie proves I have two accounts that got accepted same email as the Xbox accounts and neither of them work

It's not a lie. The only reason we're aware of that is causing this is mismatched emails. It's always possible there's something else blocking this that we're not aware of.
When we resolved the initial issue with matching emails, we got a lot of responses saying they could not redeem the code. We also got responses from people saying they thought their emails matched, but after looking into it, they noticed they didn't. Regardless, we should have this taken care of for the next test.triple checked emails both match, code docent work. have gotten codes in past that worked so ya lol
