NHL 26 HUT Ranked needs overhaul
The ranked is so inconsistent you can go from one player who seems to be new at the game to someone who doesn’t stop playing even if he had to use my washroom in the same div for ex platinum one I have played more then 10 matches and it’s been constantly inconsistent the one example I have is my two most recent games I beat this guy 7-1 very easy win then I go against another guy bro seems like an EA pro like EA sports type stuff he puts up 5 goals in the first and I scored 1 I left before the period ended cause like I ain’t winning nor do I really care that much abt 1k xp or 300 coins 💀and what’s up with no missions with coin rewards like millstones like it used to be yall greedy mfs really want people to spend money on packs that badly your starving us of coins give me a break fix your game fix ranked most importantly to be more balanced when it comes to what I mention above yall should use the percentage ranked like almost every other game uses that has a ranked mode stop tryna be different 💀💀💀🙏🙏🙏
[Suggestion] More cross platform modes and better party support
Have been playing World of chel specifically to play with friends who are cross platform. HUT you can’t even make a party to talk in while playing casual. One thing I would love to see worked on is ability to create a party from the main menu and setup an online versus game or tournament with friends.
NHL 26 - PC (yet another thread asking for it)
Firstly, I'd like to start with mentioning that I've played this franchise since I was a kid. My first one was '07 back on PS2. I loved hopping on and playing every chance I could. I was an every-other-year buyer of these games up until NHL 21, and it wasn't because I stopped enjoying them. It was because I, along with more and more gamers every year, made the move to PC. One of the only things I miss about my Playstation is the NHL games. If a new NHL game were to come out on PC - even better, on Steam? Instant wishlist. Instant buy on release day. I wanna play Be a Pro again. Make more expansion teams in Franchise mode again. Find some people to play in an EASHL club with again. It's not as if there's no market. PC grows year over year. Look at Capcom's recent earnings report, for example. Capcom has been a console-first developer/publisher for as long as it's been around. Their most recent huge title, "Monster Hunter: Wilds", actually ended up having more PC players than console players - a first for that series. And that's just one concrete example of the numbers supporting PC's meteoric growth. Streaming the game through Gamepass isn't a solution (though it's better than nothing). A lot of gamers, including myself, don't have an internet connection reliable enough to stream games. More still don't have one strong enough to stream games and play online modes. We need a real PC version of these games going forward.
Is the PC Community being Ignored By EA?
Every year the amount of people who want NHL on PC grows and every year its disappointment. Is the PC Community being Ignored By EA? as a person who moved fully to PC this year and as part of the PC community who wants NHL on PC it feels like a pipe dream or never gonna happen. i wish EA would be honest and transparent about this so we dont have a little hope every year. that a NHL 26 or 27 or 28 will launch on PC. NHL is a top seller in canada and i feel it would be a top seller in our region (Canada) on PC too. i wish theyd just release nhl for one year and test the market since it hasnt been tested since nhl 09 which had no controller support. PC has been a popular platform since 2015 and grows massively every year . i just dont get it.
WoC skip replays / intermission WASTE OF TIME
We don't need to see the same replay 3 times in a row in slow motion for 2 minutes. Then another 30 seconds. Make it a voting system, the majority of people skipping the replays and intermission. I just want to play the game. I don't want to wait because little Jimmy wants to take another bong hit and get cheeto dust on his controller. As a longtime NHL fan and player, I appreciate the direction EA took with the Total Control system in NHL 25. It introduces a fresh, streamlined way to perform skill moves and dekes, especially for newer players. However, there's one major issue that prevents many of us from fully adopting it: The removal of button-based shooting (Square = Slap Shot, Circle = Wrist Shot) makes Total Control feel limiting and less intuitive for players who struggle with aiming and shooting via the right analog stick. Suggestion: Allow players to use Square for slap shots and Circle for wrist shots within Total Control mode, just like in Hybrid controls. This way: - Players who are comfortable using button shooting can still benefit from the Total Control deke system. - The system becomes more flexible and inclusive, without sacrificing its modern appeal. - Advanced players can still use the analog for full manual control, while casual or hybrid-style players get the comfort of classic mechanics. This small change would dramatically improve accessibility and enjoyment for a large portion of the NHL community. Please consider adding this option in NHL 26 — or at least allowing full customization of control schemes, so players can tailor their gameplay to their preferences. p.s please add Polish language if u can 😍 Thanks for listening to the community!
