Are the Xbox nhl 26 playtest codes fixed?
Hey there! I wanted to see if the Xbox playtest codes have been fixed or if there is any update on when they will be able to be redeemed? I tried this morning and still no luck I was gonna try closer...

I have two accounts that emails match to the ea account and Xbox account that got accepted to this playtest, and neither of the codes work for both of the accounts. Them saying they have to match is not the problem and they don’t care enough to look into it

Community ManagerWe absolutely care. We wanted you all in the playtest. A huge amount of work went into this, but obviously, many of you aren't able to redeem your codes. Unfortunately, it's not something we're able to get fixed in time for this playtest. We'll have to wait to get you all in the next one in late July.
yes which, unfortunately, doesn't work for a lot of us. I know I'm not the only one who will likely be unable to participate in the one in july
