Are we really about to lose the EASHL playoffs because of matchmaking?

Hey, everyone. We're aware of the reports regarding matchmaking. This obviously has been an issue since the game launched. There are a couple things that can impact this further for Playoffs. One is the cup you're playing for. Your regular season record determines if you play for the Pro or Elite cup. There most likely are less teams playing for the Elite cup. This also means if you're a 6s team, there will probably be less teams with human goalies. Since finding another team with a human goalie is part of the search, that will impact matchmaking. It's also a holiday weekend in the US so it's possible there's a smaller player pool due to that. 

Regardless of these, we know many of you are struggling with matchmaking. When we have some news, we'll provide an update.
