Autofill for HUT sets still broken

How is it possible that such a simple thing is still broken. The sets have been broken since the launch and its's very annoying filling the sets manually 1 player at a time. To be more specific, the game doesn't want to send any other players into the sets other than base cards (so no totw, Game breaker etc cards). Please fix this before TOTY or I'm gonna crash out.
