Let's see online play ballerinas ,puck raging, speed boost LTing, terrible goalies ,and most comical of all skill based one timers because a bullseye lights up telling you when to pass and push up ,something you can do before but it did actually take skill to do because you didn't have a bullseye telling when to do it
Sadly, if you think about it. How much of that is the game and not the player base? Those features work fine in offline play and are not OP what so ever. Its how the player overly uses those abilities that cause the issue sadly.
Goalies on superstar difficulty and some catered sliders are fine for the most part. A few goals here and there with odd animations and some where a goalie has a bad game (3 goals on 5 shots - but this is actually not a far stretch from real life). Game I played last night offline was out shot 39 to 27 and lost 1-0 in overtime. Average games are 27-22 in shots with a score from 3-1, 3-2 to 4-3.
The skilled based one timer is also not overly bad in offline as well. Myself or the AI tend to use it a few times in a game as defensively you can close them off pretty well or block them at times. Same is said for the AI. Id say the its around 70-30 for offline play in my experience (75+ games), with some being intercepted passes, blocked shots, goalie stoppages and goals.
