septicon. There are just 3 abilities i attest too, as the others have no gauge to judge their accuracy. Those are Acceleration. Speed. And Endurance. Try to put players on your team that have speed. As this will equalize or make you equal to what the AI throws at you. The game is about possesion. The more you possess the puck, the more you deplete the stamina of your opposition. As for puck control. Adjust your strategies, so that your team doesnt bunch when you have control of the puck. Passing. A major factor when controlling a game. The more you pass, the greater the chance that the opposing team, begins to chase. Which opens up your passing lanes to other players. Remember. You dont need big name NHL players to acquire speed. The AI doesnt know one player (name wise) from another. It only knows the algorithims set up for it. You mentioned losing the puck easily. Before your game, check the stats of your opposition. If their players speed is superior to yours, thats your reason. Its a fight fire with fire scenario. Match speed to speed, and you will see a difference in your players being able to allude the opposition. The game takes practice. Tinkering with strategies. Player combos, offensive and defensive setups, will help to give you a foundation to compete equally. Practice certain moves, till you get them down pat. Another way of control. Good luck in improving your game. Im sure with time and practice. You will begin to excel level to level. One last thing. Lower the level you are currently playing at, to rookie. This level is like a practice level. You can learn to adjust and compete. When you feel you are getting better. Advance a level. Have to learn to walk before you can run, sort of thing.
