Community ManagerI've seen a lot of positive feedback for online play. My own club is having more fun than they have in years. I'm in no way saying that everything's perfect. I can see how it would be very frustrating without human D.
Same for my club, we're having a blast this year. We are and have always been three humans and two AI, usually playing three forwards but once in a while one of us drops to defense. The Defense AI is noticeably better in many ways this year than in years past...but that was unfortunately a pretty low bar 😅
To counteract that we have to curate our matches so we're not going against 5 humans so both sides have a better time, and we're looking forward to progress on the Update on Matchmaking to get back to feature parity from the last couple years so we don't have to do that curation manually. Still, playing every weekend and having a good time, which is supposed to be what it's all about!
