Cannot get on to HUT ( rosters won’t download)

I was wondering if anyone has had this problem and if they did what can I do to fix it ?? here’s what is happening when I go to try and get into HUT it shows that it trying to download the rosters i...

Hi there. Have you downloaded today's NHL 25 update? The version for your game should be 1.3.0.0. Can you check this and get back to me?

    I checked everything the update is downloaded and I still cannot get on I still get the same message.  I even go into the roster download screen and when I try to download a roster it states it cannot save file.  I tried to enter hut at least 5-10 times and same response.
