State of NHL 25 going to 26.

Hello. Reverse hitting on the faceoff is an issue we're aware of. I don't have any other details though.

EA_Aljo​  If you cant get Reverse Hit or Hip check to work properly Remove it from the game. You guys have removed Features that actually work correctly but keep stuff that doesn't. Reverse Hit and Hip check are both trash and honestly Embarrassing how OP both are. 

We announced changes to both of those in the gameplay blog.

EA_Aljo​ Hopefully you remove all the skins and Prebuilds as well. Get that garbage out of any competitive Mode. You want it for Arcade sure i guess but no one asked or wants the garbage im EASHL. 

Also Any Info On Chel Updates or It was just a Be a pro focus year. 

Woc late at night is practically unplayable. Its not fun it's not fair. It's rare to actually have a good match at all anymore. 

I wish we could just go back to basics. NHL 09-14 were the best years of the game. Theyve added so much clutter and garbage that never needed to be added. I guess the game hits a point where they have nothing else but to add garbage. I feel that's where we are. Wish we could get back basics. 

I agree, when you start bragging about fixing your laggy menus as a feature after making the game for over 32 years.. 32 years of NHL games. There is a definite problem with upper management.  Ever since hut enter the picture the game has been on a downward spiral in all other aspects. All they care about is Hut and your money.  Copy paste cash grab that your going to buy cause it's the only game in town..

Why do you think the game is copied and pasted every year? Can you give me an example of a game that comes out annually and doesn't use the previous game as a foundation? Yeah, it would be great if we could completely rebuild the game every year, but that's absolutely not possible and really doesn't make sense. If we went the route of not releasing a new game until it was completely rebuilt, we'd be looking at several years between releases.

If all we cared about was HUT, there wouldn't be any other modes. This year, a lot of work went into an offline mode with no micro transactions. The same thing happened with Franchise Mode previously. There are more modes in the game without microtransactions than there are. I understand there are some that feel HUT hasn't been good for the game. However, without it, we'd most likely see less happen on a year to year basis.

EA_Aljo​ Why do we think this because the game looks and feels like the same game for the last 5 years lol. I get having a foundation but you're using the wrong game for the foundation you should be using NHL 09-14 The best years of the game. 

Again EA biggest issues are Removing stuff or Changing things that work or add more to the game.
