Hey there. Go into the filters. You hit X/square to modify them. Set it to relaxed. That may help. Also, you can set the option to enable club matching. That won't limit your search to other drop in players only.

It's in the lobby. Look in the lower right.

If you are talking about the matchmaking settings in WoC lobby, it only offers to set the party to private and allow club games, with no option to regulate the filters. My party is public and club games are also allowed. There isn't any matchmaking related settings when I am in the ones WoC lobby, I have went through every possible setting already, yet found nothing related to what you mentioned.

The filters only work for club games. You won't have that option in drop-ins.

Where are you located? Also, have you tried finding matches since club finals ended on Sunday?

I am located in Latvia. Also, yes, I have tried finding matches after the club finals, I try everyday in all kinds of different times in the day and it just cannot find me a dropin game. Every time it's the same thing - "Population: LOW" "ETS 2.00s".

Are you choosing a particular position or do you use SKT/DEF? You may have a better chance by choosing SKT/DEF.

What is your NAT? This can be found in the network settings on your console.

Yeah, I was choosing particular positions, but after that also tried SKT/DEF and everything was still the same.

I really cannot seem to wrap my head around what could cause this problem, because I also play EA Sports UFC 5 and in that game I experience no matchmaking problems at all, aswell as ping, if i get an opponent who also has a decent ping, it can go as low as 30ms. I understand that this whole situation is confusing and frustrating, so maybe this fact helps finding a solution.

Your NAT should be fine. The issue is most likely your region and the low population of NHL 25 players there. I wouldn't normally recommend this, but as a test, you could try using a mobile hotspot for your connection to see if that helps. Another way to test would be to use a VPN. If you find opponents, the issue would either be regional. Either an issue with your ISP or just a very small player pool to match with.
