Can't get new players

I started playing that basic season mode with Oulun Kärpät in Liiga and i can't get new players on my team from free agency, because everytime I go into that free agent players list it just freezes. If I press X-button to sign a player it doesn't do anything and same thing with R3 to show players information, doesn't do anything and even if i'm trying to press O-button to get off back to that mode menu, nothing happens. So only option is to restart the game to get off from that free agency list. Is that problem only for me or does someone else have it? And can EA fix this (probably wont) I'm playing with Ps5
