Center Ice Errors

Question

Hi EA_Aljo, please pass along to the dev team that some of the updated center ice designs are incorrect; the white in the logos is not whiter than the rest of the ice, it is the same color. Here is an example - the first image is from the game and the second is taken on the real ice surface.

The way the logo was in the game before the center ice update was exactly correct. Now the red line is accurate but the logo is not. I also saw this with Carolina and there may be some other examples too.

Hi there. Can you give me some more details on where it's inaccurate? It looks like the real, on-ice logo is darker. Is that it or is there something else as well?

That is true, although in the game it looks like they changed the shade to match the red line. The color in previous years did seem more accurate.

I was referencing the white space in the logo, which is brighter than the white ice in the game. On the real center ice, there is no extra white in the logo, it's just transparent and blends in with the rest of the ice. The previous center ice design in the game did this correctly, it is only when they updated the game to include the new red line pattern that the extra white in the logo appeared.
