Cheat Detection
Let me guess, EA doesn't have any type of cheat detection software. Just solely relying on players to capture videos and make reports with no actions taken.

Here's your video so you don't have a chance to attack at all, this game is purely discriminatory.Do you have a video of the puck going to the stick and your player, even with the ability turned on, doesn't take the puck? And what speed cards do the players have?

Your opponent isn't letting you attack because they're defending well. You carried the puck right into them instead of turning away and passing to a trailing teammate. You also could have dumped the puck here. Which is probably the best thing to do considering you're on the PK. You then had a chance to defend them after the puck was turned over, but skated towards your own net instead of backskating and staying in front of them. After the faceoff, at the 31 second mark, you choose to keep controlling Mackinnon. You should have switched to Larkin to pressure the carrier more. You then cause a turnover with McDavid, but get caught due to turning so much. That will slow you down. This is a 4 on 3 PK. You should have dumped the puck with McDavid instead of getting caught and turning it over.
This wasn't the game cheating. This is happening due to how you are choosing to play.
Please don't act like you know what I did. You wanted a video but you didn't see what I pressed. It's just that, but when the game doesn't do what it's supposed to. In your videos, you can tell you're frantically chasing the puck carrier and smashing poke check and body check while doing so. This puts you at an incredible disadvantage.

For the second video, I recommend you be more careful with passing the puck out.Your third video is not normal. I'll pass that on as well.
