Europe playable in franchise mode

Hey

As European hockey fan I would love to see European leagues playable in franchise mode. I remember way ago in NHL 06 or something that was somehow possible. 

I think that would add  lot of flavor to game as North American players as well if it possible to make European leagues playable and let you as NHL team GM see how your prospects develop when they are playing in Europe. 

That kind of play mode would also allow you start at gm of some Canadian junior teams and work your way up to gm of NHL team.
