Imagine spending time in a forum for a game you "hate" and "will never buy again". I'm not quite sure what your expectation is? Do you expect the development team to see your post and suddenly change course on development?
Yes. If your business was failing, would you look at reviews or customer feedback to help figure out what to prioritize for future development or even to inform immediate changes you could make to improve the product? Of course you would. Your pathetic attempt to shame people for offering feedback is petty, illogical, and pure sophistry. "Imagine wanting a product based around a franchise that you love to conform to your reasonable expectations." People offering feedback is 100% part of the process. To ignore, shame, or dismiss your customers is economic suicide. Do you have to take EVERY suggestion and implement it? Nope. It would quite literally not be worth any company's time to implement every customer's suggestion, but they can use the feedback to gauge customer sentiment and figure out what is working and what is not and take steps towards making a product that delivers the type of value that majority of their customers want, and to motivate new sales. Anyway, if your content with your NHL 25 experience, good for you. Coming on this forum to shame people who want something better is wierd. Go off someplace.
