This has been going on since launch fellow gamers I received a total of 6 games I won but got 0-3 losses instead posted the prove of it and was told they will not reset it. If your playing Hut/Champs or even Squad Battles like me if EA decides to do a live update they do not give gamers in game warning of a live update the don’t care at all so they don’t inform there customers/gamers they do the live update anyone on the server will be kicked your game with lose connection to EA server and you will see that it’s downloading in you downloads and you let the update complete and install you log back in and you receive a 0-3 every time they don’t care about our stats they care only for our money and how much they rip us off. I pulled 94 Overall X Factor S.Crosby in a tradeable and sellable pack. Instead of honouring the card and making it tradeable like the rest in the pack they changed it to untradeable 91 and would not even give compensation for the inconvenience. So I done with the EA franchise been here since the start of this game and to pull the best card I have ever had to been told it was not post to be in the pack but guess what EA it was I posted the prove of it. Sick of seeing card up for millions but I finally pull a card you steal it back because of your programmers mistake this game full of mistakes on EA’S end If you ask me I pre ordered the game and we are 7 plus months in and the game is never completed and same old stale setup. They care about how much they scam or steal from us with lies on there packs and what you get in them. EA has no anti cheat in place at all. They say play your way I find that funny can’t even change hologram cards to match the card you put out in ability’s I have M.Sundin still 89 overall but 94 B.Tkachuk will blow past my 89 Sundin so unreal that we have to put all the time and money into to get our hologram cards and EA stops us from even changing there synergy to match what they put out of the same player. So how is it Play Your Way Please tell what you mean by that and Ice IQ really goalies and trash in the game and my players still skate into each other or will come and skate take me out from a play or a deke. Squad Battles is trash and 200% not quality of life friendly at all good job EA your losing gamers and have lost a lot since week 1 Squad Battles XP path game mode is the reason gamers left already and a lot are not coming back for your XP path mode. We never asked for why change something if it’s not broken. No you change it to give your paying less content but you want money for a game that is still not 100% done EA so why should be charged full price for game that is not 100% complete and have no bugs or let downs or the hard ship it causes your gamers. You take care of one thing for is how to steal from people you make your customers pay the price every time even knowing we have prove you do what’s best for your pockets only.
