Hi there. I'm not aware of any issues currently. Try power cycling your network equipment by unplugging your modem/router for 2 minutes. Also, hard restart your console by holding in the power button until it turns off. Then, turn everyone back and try playing again. Thanks!

Please fix my game because I don't like having to constantly reset my xbox, reset my router and reinstall the game, it's annoying, thank you.

It's frustrating but this game is incredibly bad and the connection is the worst, I also have an Xbox 5 internet but the game behaves badly, it's just that EA are scumbags, and they always respond from Ejo as if through a copier, they don't know anything else or don't want to. That's why there's no point in writing anything here, just greed.

please yesterday I wrote here that I have a problem with the network connection in the game nhl 25 when I turn it on it says there is a NETWORK CONNECTION PROBLEM and I did these steps
1) I reset the xbox
2) I restarted the router
3) I erased the mac
4) I reinstalled the game
5) I unplugged the power cable
6) I restarted the xbox
so what else should I do so that it doesn't start because I don't know anymore and I don't like doing those steps over and over again if you can fix it I will be grateful and please fix this error for me

Make sure when you're done playing to go back to the main menu. Every time I log out in WoC, this screen comes up. Also, remove the game from the Quick Resume menu. To do that, highlight NHL 25 and hit the Menu button on your controller. Then choose the option for removing from Quick Resume. Also, completely closing NHL 25 and opening it again may help since this restarts the game.
