Thank you for getting back to me so promptly. The problem is I can not login to my original account or reset the pass word because the link is being sent to a non existent email account, and that email account is also linked to my PSN account. My new email and EA account tells me, when trying to link it to PSN, that my PSN is already linked (to the old EA account) and only one account can be linked. I would like for EA to unlink and delete my old account if possible. Where can I open a case and communicate with an advisor directly?
