What difficulty do you play on in Be A Pro mode?

The only mode I play is Be A Pro and was wondering what difficulty do most player play on? I myself play on the Superstar difficulty but the constant hitting really gets annoying.

I can't wait to play Be A Pro in NHL 26 since it's revamped finally.
