Hey y'all, I've been a fan of the NHL franchise for years and I was hoping to get a code for the NHL '26 playtest (if/when there was one) but I've noticed I haven't gotten an update or any emails for playtesting for years now. Most years, I've had to ask a streamer for a code for the playtest, if I can manage to grab one at all.I was wondering if anyone was able to verify that I can receive codes and emails for playtesting moving forward, I've scoured the main page for it and haven't found anything I need to update. I'm wondering if it has something to do with me changing the email for my EA account some number of years ago. Wasn't quite sure where to post this.I play on PS5 if that's relevant, and thanks for any assistance in advance!

Hey there. The best you can do is make sure you're signed up for playtesting. That can be done here. However, registering to be a playtester does not guarantee you will be chosen for every test. Also, make sure you're registering with the correct account. I've seen many people sign up in the past with an old account they no longer use. That means the code isn't valid on the account they actually play on.

I tried downloading the code on the xbox and on microsoft website and it is not working...

You should be able to register by logging in here with the playtesting account that was invited.

As far as I know, codes have not been sent out. Keep an eye on your email. They usually go out a couple of days before the playtest begins.

Everyone check your email. I just got my code and i can pre download the playtest that goes live tomorrow!!!

I’ve done play testing many years it’s been Available but this year only 1 person on our club got an email. Is there going to be a way to have him invite the other 3-4 members for the test too? Is there a way to kinda nudge ea for an email just to increase participation. I was a part of nhl 24s play test and submitted a lot of feedback and I play defense so I’d love a chance to check out any features there too.

I don't know if there will be a way to invite friends. If that happens, we'll make an announcement on our official channels.

Are you absolutely positive you're logging into the email you signed up for playtesting with?

I actually got an email today registering for the June 20-22 playtest but now it’s just a matter if I get chosen.. so I’m happy I at least got the email today. Thank you.

If you didn't get the invite on Wed then you're out of luck. Classic EA still sending out invites even though the session is full.

I received the playtest invite on Wednesday, I filled it out probably exactly 30 minutes later. Have codes been sent out? I’m not concerned I’ve missed it, just that it doesn’t show up on my profile. Thanks.
