EA Playtesting Account seems broken, not getting codes/emails

Hey y'all, I've been a fan of the NHL franchise for years and I was hoping to get a code for the NHL '26 playtest (if/when there was one) but I've noticed I haven't gotten an update or any emails for playtesting for years now. Most years, I've had to ask a streamer for a code for the playtest, if I can manage to grab one at all.

I was wondering if anyone was able to verify that I can receive codes and emails for playtesting moving forward, I've scoured the main page for it and haven't found anything I need to update. I'm wondering if it has something to do with me changing the email for my EA account some number of years ago. Wasn't quite sure where to post this.

I play on PS5 if that's relevant, and thanks for any assistance in advance!

    Same. Play test code for XB says code error. Entered three times. I'm on the correct account as well.

    I tried downloading the code on the xbox and on microsoft website and it is not working...

    oh really is that normal? does playstation have the same issue?

    For me, the sign up bug when i wanted to register for the playtest and there's was a button that said 'Next' and when i click on that, the playtest was gone so i'm sure you didn't received my register.

    I didn't have one since my register bug when i was trying to sign up for the playtest.
