EA WOC builds

I understand the characters costing points for people to change their appearance. (Won't get into my thoughts on them though)

However, I think the EA created builds that have been released should be available for anyone. If they misses a certain season (maybe they are new to the game) they shouldn't have to purchase the build that others got for free. Maybe I am missing something here, but it shouldn't matter.
