EASHL - why even play G?

Seriously what's the point? Every game is just hoping your guy makes a save.

Read a breakway and go the right way with it - goal

Read the play to speed boost over for the 1T - goal cause you animate early

Toe Drag short side - goal because you whiff on the animation

High slot snipe that beats me? Ok fair that's a dangerous spot but guess what I still let in the 4 above it...

EA's focus on goals has finally allowed the offense to consistently get snipes and stupid arcade goals within the same game. Yes, there's 3 forwards on the ice that wanna have fun, but you know who else does the 2 D and 1 G also the ice. 

Also, when can we have a rock paper scissors to xfactors as opposed to just offense one wins with nuke every time... Goal Xray should beat gold CQ but lose to gold 1T... Gold No Timer beats Gold 1T but loses to something in close... why is that so hard to make work?

Maybe they've done a study saying skaters play more HUT or something but this continual focus on nothing but offense is unbearable.
