It's because it was a 3s .club game... When there is a delayed penalty in 3s goalies are not really considered to go to the bench on a delayed penalty because it's going to be a penalty shot

yes but its not logic, we should be able to do it. 📢📢🔊🔊EA STAFF🔊🔊🔊: it need to be in consideration that it need to be add...  being able to remove the goalie in 3s...
