What a nothing-burger. The FC devs did a great job in their reveal, directly addressing changes the community desperately wanted fixed.

”Here’s 2 minutes of last years gameplay with 4 seconds of some Be a Pro additions” 

Going to save myself 80 bucks this year. 

I feel like we are so behind here I love the layout FC 26 used by listening to their huge community can we normalize that, there’s been so many people on here including myself writing paragraph reviews on what we as a community wanna see in NHL26 this year but watching that trailer seems like they’ve listened to no one and have only made a few changes. it’s disappointing I hope in future trailers leading up to the release we see more of things added into WOC because that’s where majority of the community plays and I hope that the goalies are actually fixed this time. If they can make the goalies and the extra AI’s customizable it will be a completely different game also having more of a lead up to each game more presentations more excitement and better club finals experiences and pressure to the opposing teams. 

Is that it ?

• No PC support again
• No return of DG Connected... Again ! 
• HUT have right to be renew because EA don't give a **bleep** about people who want to play Realistic hockey with realistic mode. EA wants money ! Let’s keep promoting the sale of card packs and continue contributing to making children addicted to gambling.  

• in addition of all of the above, it will be pretty much a copy-paste of NHL 25 but also with a '' Revamped '' Be a Pro mode... Lets be honest. EA just re-add the possibility to play all your junior years before be draft. That's it.

Again this year I will be more than pleased to keep my money in my pocket and spend it on something else.

Yeah, pretty much. Didn’t directly address any significant changes to the gameplay, only some tweaks.

Another copy and paste job from the devs. Hats off.  

Great…. Another year of EA ignoring Nintendo. This is becoming so frustrating. 

Doing my yearly check in for GM connected, substantial gameplay changes, or improved EASHL.

Until you return the full presentation and finally make a realistic goalkeeper net, I won't buy the new edition.

Another year of Be A Pro filled with AI-Generated sloppy "conversations" where context of a situation means nothing and you have to say to your coach "I'll won't let up on 'em"? Like FFS, does no-one proof read anything before its put out to make sure "hey, the things these people are saying make sense"

Really feels like we get the left over scraps from this company. College football is great and the community interaction by them is great.  Madden is finally getting good this year and had a great in depth trailer. FC had an amazing trailer dedicated to the fans and addressed them directly. And we get a trailer that basically says "yea we're making nhl 26"... In other words water is wet. 

"Ice q" is pointless to announce unless you tell us what that means. Ice q 1.0 was not noticable at all. 

X factors- We have those. They have created more harm than good to be honest. What you announced is very vague. To me it sounds like your just re announcing x factors with no changes. 

BAP- Ok now we're getting somewhere. But you didn't address anything still. I'd like to hear you guys own up to how broken the original BAP was so I have some hope EA learned from their mistakes. I hope a little more polish was put into it. 

HUT- Cash cow. Say less about it. Focus on core gameplay. 

Early access - might be one of the most scummy ways to entice pre orders but what else would I expect from EA. 

If you don't care about the series anymore fine, but at least just be blunt and straightforward with everyone that you don't care. Please don't renew the IP when the time comes if you aren't going to put in effort. 

Hey EA_Aljo — appreciate all the updates! Can't wait for the game already purchased the deluxe edition!
