We've also been D1 for every game except 25. We've played less than 80 games mostly because of how bad the game is and Long wait times some nights we have to wait 5+ minutes to find a game
Hitting). The Game never aimed hits for you. This new hitting engine is Unrealistic. In real life the only timing you have is if the player doesn't have the puck and are trying to avoid a penalty but even that doesn't stop some people from throwing the Body. They tailored this game to the Forwards. Also with The Hitting How it is Lag becomes a factor. Input lag and Server Lag becomes an issue especially when youre matched with people who have anywhere between 70-100+ ping.
You want "Skill" Hitting but Zero Skill controls lol. One button Michigan 😂 Youre definitely a 5'10 160 dangler or use a prebuild considering you defend them as well.
Prebuilds. I would have zero issue with a prebuild if I could customize my player anyway i wanted. Here is a pre build with 97 speed + Wheels xfactor or A 6'6 Power forward with 92 Speed Agility Acceleration good balance and strength with Elite edges. Ea Says we removed elite edges out of the mix because of how effective if was but then put it back in the game on a prebuild lol. Get out of here. Remove restrictions from Custom builds and i wont have a problem. If youre new to the game Learn. We all learned how to build our guy the way we wanted them not hard to figure out and if you have trouble ask questions.
As far as Cartoon Characters sure it has zero bearing on gameplay at all. But neither do names but they ban some names to the point youre forced to use Joe NHL or whatever it is now. It has no bearing in gameplay.
Ive provided many of videos to EA over the years it takes years for them to fix it. Some of the best videos ive had were of me on a break away with a defender on my back. The dude would poke check the puck off my stick sounds like a good play but Video would later show the stick was going directly through my leg or torso and knocking the puck off the stick zero trip. It took multiple videos of me sending in for them to actually say that shouldnt be happening. Ive sent in Videos of me Boarding the Ai on purpose just to show them how the Ai would somehow do the matrix and get back up with out ever using his hands or body. All leg strength. Not to mention after boarding him hed get up and Take the puck back from me. Video would later show he shouldve been dead the way his head went into the boards. But he acted as nothing happened.
Please stop defending the game. Again I assume you work for the company as I havent seen anyone defend the game as much as you have. I understand the game will never be perfect but the inability to fix gameplay yet add Battle pass cartoons characters and all the other dumb stuff theyve added is embarrassing. It's almost as if they use the add on as cover ups . Maybe if we add an alien to the game they won't notice all the imperfections in gameplay.

If they cant get it right it would be awesome if they Added NHL 14 to the ps store and turned and put it back online since that was really the last Good game they made

How do you propose to balance the game in the face of players with max attributes in every category?

I have not worked on this game. There's nothing "constructive" about saying "the game is awful". Maybe you should gather some more experience with the game - possibly playing offline with lowered skill level so that you can familiarize yourself with the gameplay and mechanics a little better. It sounds like your gripes are mainly about competing against highly skilled players in your 80-game world of chel experience.

We are 61-14 as a team of two we do just fine. The Issue is Finding Games later in the Night. I dont like waiting 5+ minutes for a game. And on top of the waiting time the game is pretty awful.

Please try to keep up. You stated the hitting from NHL14 was "better". I'm pointing out that, in NHL14, the hitting was automatically guided once you held up on the right stick.
