I feel this on a spiritual level. My friend and I will be beating platinums, diamonds and elites in what feels like a very fair game with maybe a couple wonky things happening here and there, but EA is always good for that. But let me tell you, the minute you’re close to ranking up here comes a team of silver 3s and 2s and they do the absolute bare minimum while getting outplayed the entire game and EVERYTHING goes in. Skate down no dekes just shoot it in and it’ll hit the goalie and still trickle in or the puck just continues to gravitate to them no matter what you do. It’s absolutely exhausting to play against and it’s blatantly obvious when it’s happening. What happened to people just having to get better at a game to win? Enough of the catering to people. Ice tilt is a very real thing and I don’t care if they never admit to it.
