Community ManagerHey there! First, welcome to the EA NHL Forums! Glad to have you. It's great to see constructive feedback like this. I regularly pass this type of input on to the dev team. It's most definitely not ignored. Posts including sarcasm, rants, and rude comments do tend to not get any attention. So, as long as it's constructive and not breaking any rules, chances are excellent it's going to get the eyes of the dev team on it.
That's interesting about faceoffs. It's a pretty small detail, but would be cool to see. No one has brought it up in the past. I'll make sure to send that over.
As far as penalty shots go, can you get me some video showing when it's being inaccurately called? I just need a link to it somewhere. Preferably either published through your console or on YouTube. Just respond with a link to it so I can send it over to the team.
