For creators

Hello NHL 25 creators,
 I would like to thank you for the great progress you have made this year.  It can be seen that you put a lot of effort into the game and that you wanted to bring something new and exciting to the players.
 The beginnings with the game were very positive for me, especially thanks to the smooth gameplay and quick response.  However, after introducing the classic mode, I started to experience several problems that significantly worsened my gaming experience.
 I am particularly concerned about the following issues:
  * Delayed reactions: The players and the puck are not responding to my instructions as quickly as I would expect.
  * Slow opponent search: When playing WOC, the system often assigns me opponents from other regions (eg Finland), which causes high ping and makes the game much harder.
  * Recent Club Issues: After the last update, there was a change in jerseys and ranking in prestige, causing confusion and frustration.
 As your devoted fan, I would like to ask you to address these issues.  I believe that with your experience you can find a solution and improve the gaming experience for all players.
