GM Connected Admission

Well, we haven't heard the words directly come out of EA's mouth but the fact is simple. It's incredibly unlikely gm connected or "connected franchise" will be announced in the franchise deep dive, whenever that even gets released. At this point it would push the the amount of years since gm connected was last in the NHL series to 11 years. As someone who adored the mode and always felt like I had something to play on NHL, I'm not ignorant to the fact that Hut has and will continue to be the primary focus of this franchise for years to come. It's been so long, I've come to accept that this mode and all my dozens of friends who have been waiting for it's return, simply isn't going to come back in the way we'd hope. It's been so long, I've lost the desire for the mode at this point and have just decided to move on to other video games at this point. It's sad to think about but I think the GM Connected community may be dead at this point and have just accepted the obvious. I'll always miss the good days of when NHL was fun to play with the boys and wasn't so focused on live content and money making schemes beyond the cost of the game itself. They can't figure out a way to monetize gm connected so it will never get the love it deserves. 

For anyone highlighting the comments from the Dev last year about them hoping to bring it back, really? It's been 11 years, it's not a priority, accept the fact.
