Goalies vs Breakaways

No one I play club  with has the game yet, so I dipped my toe into the drop-in swamp to try out some builds and the new gameplay mechanics.  As is the case with most drop-in games there was little defensive structure which resulted in some breakaways.  The clips below were of two in my first game.

Now I'm not one to put too much blame on the AI goalie if I give up a breakaway.  I expect them to give up a goal more often than they make a save.  However, I would like it if the goalie at least made an active attempt at a save instead of either jumping out of the way or standing still doing nothing.

One odd thing about both of these plays was that the play-by-play announcers were talking like the goalie was screened and lost sight of the puck.  It might be there "screened" logic is kicking in somehow.

Here the goalie just bails out of the play the instant the skater makes his first ( and only ) move with the puck.

Here the skater makes a simple backhand-forehand move and the goalie just doesn't react at all.
