Should moderators have to meet certain criteria as players in WOC?

I’m not trying to be rude with this reply but what amount of knowledge is the required amount. We have a mod who is vocal about playing the game that also replies to these comments. I feel lucky about that. 

what would your mod requirements be out of curiosity? Not trying to be a **bleep** and I know I’m coming off that way but I’m truly curious as to what would be enough. Hours played kinda thing? High rating in HUT? What’s the criteria your looking for?
