Haven't received my elite rank rewards

Although I got my track pants, I haven't received my elite ranking jersey, or any other elite rewards. I finished 3v3 EASHL with a ranking of elite 3. This is my first time being elite, so I don't have any elite ranking rewards. I am aware that season 4 just started, but last season I got my diamond ranking jersey in no time and without a problem. Thanks for reading this, and hopefully we can fix this.

You only receive a piece of the elite items at one time. For example, I received an elite goalie helmet, season 1. Stick, season 2. Pads and pants season 3.
Side note: I do wish that you received all the ranked equipment (up to the rank you achieved) as sometimes I would like to rock the purple pads when I’m in a club that has purple as their primary color.
