Is there a reason why the stick on this game only gets stuck on defense but can shoot directly through someone on offense? So many times on defense my stick can get stuck on someone and it screws me ...

Community ManagerWe don't nerf defense every year. Yeah, it's a challenging position to play, but there are many of us not really having any issues defending. I'd love for the slow down when poking to be gone, but otherwise, if you pay attention to how your opponents are playing and adapt, defenders are very capable of stopping the most skilled forwards.
You're the first person to bring up the stick only getting stuck on defense. So far, it hasn't been an issue. Especially with forwards losing the puck when their stick clips through objects/bodies. I'll watch for more feedback on this. Thanks.

It still gives the offense an easier route to regain or, at least, fight for the puck meanwhile the defender has to reel his stick from further away before he can hope to make a play or even deter one.

If the defenders stick gets stuck on the carrier, yes, that can happen. In those cases, keeping your body close to the carrier can help defend.

It's close as it can be otherwise the stick wouldn't get entangled, not sure what else we should do, as shove is useless. Normally a player could lift his stick vertically to bring it back and not get caught in everyone's legs. This mechanic is unfinished, and unnecessary in this curent state IMO.

In most cases, my stick comes loose in time to use it. When it doesn't, I can use my body to stop them. I'm not saying this works every time, but not often enough for it to really be an issue. Regardless, it would be good to see this improve.
