Community ManagerI'm not a developer so I'm not able to get in that discussion with you. We would have to remove the current MM functionality that is heavily ingrained into the game and reinstate the old along with adapting it for the new game. Again, if this was easy, it might be done. That's not my decision though. Regardless, the new system is built into the game and will be there for the foreseeable future.
I absolutely understand the frustration. We all are experiencing it. Some more than others. For me, I find matches rather quickly, but my club mostly plays 5s. Drop-ins are a different issue since people start backing out when they don't like the match they got. Most often, due to not matching a human goalie. All I can really tell you is that we are working to improve matchmaking. When we have an update, we'll announce it.
I’m not following why would you need to first remove the newly developed mm to get few filters to work on top of it, unless it’s incredibly badly designed code. You are just making it sound like excuse to not make any changes to current system .

This is far more complicated than being assumed. We will continue to work on improving matchmaking. We will have to wait and see if the filters return.
Well, that sounds really backwards how you design and develop features in Ea… Normally you would want to develop features future proof so you can easily implement new features on top of the existing. Only if the new feature has game breaking bug you would revert to old code. The new mm code seems to work much better, as it doesn’t seem to have those horrendous flaws that leaks your user name and shows it for someone else. So please don’t put the old code back and for once build on top of what’s actually working. We just need simple filters not whole new (old) mm system.
