How is it possible finding matches takes LONGER now than the early release?

Early release I was finding games quick, game is out for everyone now and not only is it taking forever to find games, but when you do finally find a lobby, the timer to start the game runs out, the lobby freezes and then takes everyone out of the game lobby and you're in your teams locker room.
