How is this player name ok?

We reported it through the in game option. Got an email the next day from EA saying they looked at it and it's fine. First assist there is something along the lines of Gay Buttsects. Nothing to see here, right EA? 🤣

Yet I got a 4 day ban for using the name Sam Squanch. 😶
