Hello. Try power cycling your equipment with these steps:
- Unplug your modem/router for 2 minutes
- Hard restart your console by holding down the power button until it turns off
- Power it all up and try playing again

Do you also get this error when loading into WoC? Were you playing fine previously, but this started happening? If so, do you know what you were doing right before you started getting that error?

No, just in hut mode, i've donwloaded the game today by gamepass, first time i want to get in this mode and it seems imposible for me

Try deleting the personal saved data for NHL 25. To do that, please follow these steps. There is the risk of losing offline saves and changes to settings you've made. Normally, those download from the cloud, but I can't guarantee this.
- Press the Guide button and then highlight the NHL 25 tile.
- Hit the Menu button. It's the small one to the right of the Guide button with 3 horizontal lines on it.
- Next, go to Manage game and add-ons > Saved data. Delete the file with your gamertag on it.

It works now, i had to reinstall game and delete save data, thanks
