I don´t get this game

First of all, I want to say that I really enjoy the gameplay of EA NHL 25, and overall, the game is very appealing. Furthermore, I must admit that I am probably the worst HUT online player in the community. Nevertheless, in my opinion, the following points/questions should be considered:

1. Why are there ratings for the players' abilities if they obviously have little or no impact, e.g.: My J. Eichel (87) was outrun by Caufield (82) despite having a green power indicator...
2. Why do all players rush from the bench into the opponent's offensive zone when there's a line change, even if the opponent has possession of the puck? This leads to odd-man rushes that are almost impossible to defend
3. When will the 'special days' end? Days with broken sticks, days with pucks shattering against the boards, days with an excessive number of games against teams with the same logo, goalie, or jersey, and days with posts (which have been in every game since yesterday!!!)
4. When will there be truly random matchmaking? It's clear that it's being influenced when you quit several games or make changes to your team: If a match was found within seconds before, in these cases the system recalculates/compares, and it takes much longer to find an opponent...
5. Despite a relatively equal ping of 30ms, there are games where my players are very fast, and other times they move as if they have an anchor tied to their leg 
6. Is there a quality management department? Has anyone ever tried to find a specific goalie mask in the auction house?
