I live in british columbia release time or day please answer

I live in  british columbia , what time is early release, our time is paific standard time, all I keep hearing is 12 PM or 11 AM, central standard time is like 2-3 hours ahead of us, so is that 9-10 or 12 PM right on the dot ?, I tried accessing it still said i was too early, so am assuming its right on 10-11 or 12 PM.

please enlighten me.
