I pulled a tradeable pui but won’t let me downgrade to sell.

Question

I pulled a tradeable 83 Kris Draper. When I try to power him down the game gives me an error code and goes back to the main hub. I’d like to sell this card as I have no use for him and I can’t use him in sets while he’s upgraded. What can I do?
