Community ManagerHi there. We're not able to use whatever image we want. We have to specifically use the images sent to us by the various leagues. If for some reason we don't receive an image of a player, they won't be able to have one in the game, unfortunately.

Not trying to bother you, But when I requested the AHL, ECHL, WHL, OHL, QMJHL, goal horns to you - you think the Canadian hockey league will allow it to the game, and the AHL? I am hoping that some of the stuff gets approved by them.
The league? Specify that a bit. From where did you get the photos ? NHL com isn't the league ?

We get the headshots from the various leagues.
Also please specify at which Date do you get the pictures from the leagues and when do you latest add them ?

I don't have that date. It's after the team photo day and before the game launches.
Sorry that can not be. Original headshot pictures from all new rookies like Leonard, Perreault. Demidov and more are now in at NHL com. Thats the official NHL site. You need only to ask for permission. If you dont have they could send, or you can copy from the site after getting permission. They even will be not in NHL 26 game, cause it was every year the same process in your game not to include. For example. Celebrini, Cutter Gauthier entering the league with first games one year ago in April, had official pics in NHL com exactly same time when played their first games 2024, April. Why arent their pictures not in NHL 25 ?
