I'm asking for advice. Why can't I change the team's strategy in franchise mode? I can change the formations, but if I want to change the strategy, I can't, it can't be clicked. Thank you

Strategies are set by the coach.
You can change them when you go to play the match when it moves to edit lines, settings and start, also at anytime during the match by going to edit lines and then y.
