Is anyone getting decent numbers of penalties in offline? Barely get any

Yep I have no problems with the number of pens. I reduced the hit strength or whatever it's called and pens on 4 and sliders on 90 for pens but check on the main screen when you load the game as rules pens reverts to 3 so have to reset that every time I load the game. I play franchise all-star 7 min periods get 30 hits or so per team  and 3 to 5 pens for cpu and anything from 1 to 5 for me.
