Every game in hut nhl25 I have the same problem. Can someone help me?

After I bought full version nhl 25. And till now every time I get disconnection between the games
I tried delete the game and download again but it doesn’t work.
i can send you the video with this issue to your email, if it’s possible

i really can’t play in any games nhl25
