Issue with Faceoffs on Higher Levels (Semipro - Superstar) in NHL 25

Hello, I would need some advice. Since I got NHL 25, I haven’t been able to win a single faceoff. When I play on beginner, it’s fine, but once I move up to higher levels (semipro-superstar), I can’t win any faceoffs throughout the game. I’ve tried adjusting the settings and even reinstalled the game, but nothing helped. Thank you.
