Anyone else not able to unlock the center crest logo for their EASHL club? I believe it may be glitched due to our club playing a lot of games in the early release when hockey bags weren't unlocking. Any help would be greatly appreciated, jerseys are kind of a big deal and we don't want to have to start a new club.
HelloEA_Aljo i believe your notifications may be broken. I have mentioned you in many comments regarding an issue that is causing MANY players to have regrets about purchasing this game. Please take a look and get back to the community on this. I am in awe on how the #1 talked about issue is so obviously being avoided

Ya I have tried everything, opened the bags I have. My club is a level 21 so I should be able to equip a front chest logo but it doesn’t let me. And exactly right, we pay $100 for the game to play early andEA_Aljo just ignore obvious issues and easy fixes. This is just one of many issues right now, but one that everyone wants to be fixed.

Yea, they played 17 games last night and still didn't get them...we have bags unlocking, just no ability to add logos.
I'm also about a level 20 something skater and haven't unlocked a single skater bag
Obviously, a ton of people are having this issue including myself, does EA intend to fix this or do they just expect us to restart all of our club progress and remake the club? If that’s the case, they should refund everyone who purchased the game for Early access at the very least…
I replied to a thread asking this same question, logos for jerseys, centre ice and such are found within Club Arena Bags, I have never seen them not offered in the first arena bag you get.
I believe this issue is for clubs who had leveled up to 10 or further during the early access. There was a bug with the bags and once fixed if you were already a level 10 you didn’t get the bag needed for the logos. The only fix I have found so far is to completly restart the club and all the progress which I do not want to do.

EA_Aljoyou cannot possibly sit here and pretend you don’t know what the issue is, obviously no one was getting the bags because the game was bugged during early access and now there is an issue with the chest logos. You talk to us like we’re stupid. Yeah obviously we have looked everywhere and have tried everything to get the logos on the jerseys, but we can’t because the game is bugged so yeah we did Check so now can you check and fix the problem that everyone is having and everyone is talking about please. At the very least, let us know if you don’t plan to fix the issue so I can return the game and get my money back. This is one of many issues that should be a priority. However, there are still glitches that are exactly the same from 2024 and 2023. it’s the same game but updated with the same bugs. People are sick of it. Fix your game
Amen! There is so many bigger and smaller bugs in the game. Some of those has been in game like 3-4 years and nothing fixed. Here those guys only answers "are you sure?" Or "we know that and its under investigation." And nothing happened still. If there is some bigger problems example this or last year server/matchmaking problems they dont bother to answer anything.
